Rates vary with the season, holidays, and length of stay. Daily room rates are based on double occupany. Additional Adults - $20 each.. 6% PA sales tax and 1.1% local tax is also applied.

Reservations:

Reservations must be secured with a Credit card or a Deposit for the first night. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Cancellations made less than one week prior to arrival are subject to a one night charge -- unless the room can be re-rented.

"No Shows" will be charge the full amount of the scheduled stay -- unless the room is re-rented.

Arrival / Departure:

Check-in time is normally between 3pm and 5pm.

Early or late check-ins only by prior arrangement.

Check out is 11am unless otherwise arranged.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served daily at 8:30am

Daily rates include a Continental Breakfast
